PRESCRIPTION & CUSTOM ORDERS

For prescription lenses and customized eyewear, customers are responsible for ensuring that all prescription information submitted is accurate and up to date.

If you are unsure about your prescription, we recommend consulting your optician before placing an order.

Because prescription products are custom-made, they may not be eligible for return unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

ORDERS

Once an order is placed, we begin preparing your eyewear as quickly as possible. For this reason, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible after processing has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in rare situations including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.

SHIPPING

We ship internationally and work carefully to ensure every order arrives safely.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier services.

MOIRE is not responsible for delays caused by external shipping carriers or customs authorities.
